Over the last four years we have built an extensive array of contacts in the Arganil area. We can put you in touch with local people who wish to effect a private sale of their property. We can also help you overcome the "language barrier" if necessary.
This is how it works:
- Following an initial meeting or telephone conversation to identify your housing wants and needs, we will draw up a list of possible viewing options. We aim to tailor-make our search to your individual requirements.
- We charge 12 euros per hour for our time on viewing visits (to cover the cost of petrol etc.) which will be fully refunded to you if you buy a property that you have seen with us.
- With prices starting at around 20,000 euros we know of a wide range of choices including land, renovation projects, farms, ruins and villas in rural, mountain, village and urban locations.
